Norwegian Top Chef Adrian Løvold on Indonesian TV

Indonesian TV-channel MNCTV followed Norwegian Top Chef Adrian Løvold in his preparations for a Norwegian Seafood Dinner hosted by Ambassador Stig Traavik.

Originally from Trondheim, Norwegian-born Chef Adrian Løvold was lured into the culinary world when his passion for this industry and for food was recognized at the early age of 13. Adrian went on to study the culinary arts where he learned to develop his own unique style and flair over the years.

Legendary Chefs such Eyvind Hellstrøm of Bagatelle and Chef Tomas Keller of The French Laundry in Napa Valley helped shape his style and depth of knowledge throughout the years, molding him into the professional that he is today.

During the 2009 Bocuse d’or, the world’s most prestigious cooking competition, he assisted top-caliber Chef Geir Skeie in winning the Gold Medal.

In Jakarta he delighted Indonesians by serving the freshest catch from the Nordic sea and Norwegian gastronomic delights renowned for its freshness and simplicity.
