Kamlarp Sirikittiwatn, President of Volvo Group Trucks Asia & JVs Sales and Ms Helen Savemyr, SVP of Volvo Group Trucks Asia & JVs and Operations, welcomed H.E. Ambassador Staffan Herrström and his colleagues from the embassy to the plant in Samutprakarn outside of Bangkok on 18 May 2017.
The visit included a walk-through of the factory showing the full assembly line from the engine to the finished truck. The presentation also emphasized safety, which is built into the Volvo brand, heritage and culture.
