Expensive Scandinavia

Norway is the most expensive country in the world according to a survey brought in the Danish newspaper, Jyllandsposten.
         The annual survey done by the analysis company ECA International shows that all four Nordic countries are among the ten most expensive countries in the world. The survey is based on prices for food, liquor, tobacco, clothes, electronics and dining in a restaurant. This year Denmark has climbed up one place to be new runner up after Norway making Japan third. Finland ranks as the fifth most expensive country in the world and Sweden as number nine.
         Prices in 32 were countries were examined. Singapore is number 23, Malaysia 29, Thailand 30 and the Philippines shares the position as the cheapest country in the world with Argentine.
