Denmark’s Per Lindegaard Laursen and his business partner held an opening ceremony April 9 to launch their new real estate – River Ray Estates – in Vung Tau, south east of Ho Chi Minh City.
The soft opening gathered numerous important Vietnamese guests and international representatives including Ho Van Nien, Vice Chairman of Ba Ria Vung Tau People’s Committee and Beat H. Wafler, Honorary Consul General of Switzerland in Ho Chi Minh.
The event featured traditional Chinese Opera to entertain the guests as they celebrated around the swimming pool near the River Ray. The show and opening celebrations also attracted many curious villagers who joined the fun.
The River Ray Estates project is a product of cooperation between Per Lindegaard Laursen and his Australian-Swiss business partner Bich Thu Baumann who was born in Vietnam. The new venture operates under Hong Kong based company T.P.C. Saigon (Hong Kong) Ltd.
