Jarle Neteland, a 27-year-old Norwegian tourist, jumped from the fifth storey of Pattaya Inter Hospital, where he was admitted.
A nurse said Jarle was depressed and started trembling before jumping from his hospital room.
In the other incident the Belgian national, Frans J.A. Vlietinck, 39, jumped from the 16th storey of Centre Condominium on South Pattaya road.
His wife through 12 years, Saowaluck Sriruengpol, who lived with him in the condominium, said he had planned to return to Belgium soon. She also said that he let her know that he did not want to go back, but never told her the reason.
