New Direct Flight Between Sweden and Vietnam

Vietnam has previously been a popular travel destination for guided tours and, to a limited extent, for beach-hungry sun-tanners. Now, Apollo intends to put Vietnam at the top of the Swedish tourists’ favorites list. The charter agency is launching a direct flight from Arlanda Airport in Stockholm to Saigon (also known as Ho Chi Minh City) in Vietnam. The flight will depart from the Swedish capitol every two weeks and will be operated by Apollo’s own charter airline, Novair.
“The Swedish people’s interest in Vietnam as a travel destination has increased. We believe that it will become an attractive alternative for those who have already been to Thailand and now seek something new,” says Head of Information Anna Romboli from Apollo.

Those who travel with Apollo to Saigon can choose to add destinations such as Nha Trang, Phan Tiet, or the island Phu Quoc to their vacation schedule. In addition, the Apollo trip to Vietnam can also be com-bined with a guided tour to Cambodia, where visitors will offered an opportunity to see one of Asia’s most famous sights; the Angkor Wat temple. The travels to Vietnam can be booked up until March, and Apollo are already receiving orders, the Swedish charter agency confirms.
