Nokia Employed Interactive Advertisements

The Finnish phone giant, Nokia, has come up with a different marketing approach to reach out to the tech-savvy Singaporeans using interactive outdoor medium.
With aim to educate and raise consumer awareness for its high-technology line of headphones, Nseries, Nokia installed two interactive zones comprising projectors and sensor bars opposite the HMV store so that passerby could move their hands over the panel and, without touching it, activate a selection of programmes on the screen.
“The outdoors has been used as a key touch point to demonstrate the capabilities of the Nokia Nseries multimedia devices such as maps, cameras, music, WiFi and Web browsing,” said Ms Lim Wee Khee, senior marketing manager at Nokia Singapore.
