Vietnam Gives Visa Exemption to the Scandinavians

Vietnam will lift visa requirements for citizens from Scandinavian countries starting May 1, 2007 to help boost tourism, investment and business, a Foreign Ministry official said.
Citizens from Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland visiting Vietnam for up to 15 days will no longer need a visa making them the first countries outside Asia to be exempted.
