A 23-year old Vietnamese man is now reunited with his family after having experienced a rather brutal kidnapping.The young Norwegian citizen with Vietnamese roots was kidnapped in his own shop by a gang of Moroccan, Turkish and Swedish descent last week. Sunday night the police raid an apartment in Oslo and found him tied up – but unharmed – on a mattress guarded by several armed gang members.
The Norwegian police believed the kidnapping to be about debt-reclaiming since the gang has been demanding ransom from the family of the Vietnamese man. The arrested gang members are now jailed awaiting their trail.
