Danes and Swedes cheated in Vietnam investment fraud

Danish and Swedish investors are among the 14 people that put in over 6 million USD in a non-existing quarry project located in Bien Hoa, Vietnam, reports the Vietnam news agency, VNA.
The culprit is a UK citizen now wanted by Interpol. His quarry scam began 2001 and eventually the investors realized that nothing came out of it, and certainly not the 35 percent profit the British mastermind had promised them.
There are so far no traces of the UK man, who did reside in Ho Chi Minh City, and the money he raised from gullible investors.
Interpol issued an international arrest warrant for the man on 12 February.
