Vietnamese delegation attended Danish anti-corruption conference

A delegation from Vietnam participated in the International Anti-Corruption Conference (IACC) in Copenhagen on 22-24 October.

The Vietnamese delegation was led by Deputy Inspector General, H.E. Mr. Tran Ngoc Liem and consisted of representatives from all the key anti-corruption agencies in Vietnam including the Government Inspectorate, the Central Committee for Internal Affairs, the Office of the Government, the Office of the National Assembly and ‘Towards Transparency’.

It was the 18th time IACC took place. The conference is a global forum for bringing together heads of state, civil society, the private sector and more to tackle challenges posed by corruption.

Established in 1983, the IACC takes place usually every two years in a different region of the world, and hosts from 800 to 2000 participants from over 135 countries worldwide.
