24/7 Call Centre for All Danish Embassies

The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has decided to replace the duty phone outside working hours for all Danish Embassies by a centralized 24/7 call centre in the Consular Department (Borgerservice) in Copenhagen, and the centre will be launched on 19 September 2007.  
The consequence of this new centre is, that if you call the Embassy outside working hours, you will get the possibility of being connected directly to the 24/7 call centre by dialing “77”. Danish and English speaking staff in Copenhagen will then answer your call and try to assist you. The communication is free of charge.
