Michael Nilsson, Executive Director of Danish-Thai Chamber of Commerce, will in January 2008 move to Canada with wife Tracy and newly born daughter. Tracy, who has been working with IKEA during their stay in Thailand, has one year of maternity leave and the family has decided to spend this time in Canada to be near Tracy’s mother.
Michael Nilsson, 40, who was appointed the Executive Director of DTCC in January 2005 has at this point not found new employment in Canada.
It has not yet been announced who will succeed Michael Nilsson in the position ad Executive Director, which is an important position for the well-functioning of the Danish community in Thailand.
