Norwegian low-cost carrier Norse Atlantic Airways will expand its Thailand network for the Winter 2026/27 season, adding more flights from the United Kingdom, Norway and Sweden as demand for travel to Southeast Asia continues to grow.

The airline will introduce a new route between London Gatwick and Phuket, operating three times per week. At the same time, flights between Manchester and Bangkok will increase to four weekly services from December 2026.

Norse will also continue its existing winter services from London Gatwick to Bangkok.

In Scandinavia, the airline plans to increase capacity from both Oslo and Stockholm. Bangkok flights from both capitals will rise to as many as five per week, while Phuket services will operate up to twice weekly.

Chief Executive Officer Eivind Roald said Thailand remains one of the airline’s strongest-performing destinations. He said the additional capacity reflects Norse’s strategy of allocating aircraft to routes with the highest customer demand and satisfaction.
