Residents of Singapore are exempt from the general entry ban to Sweden
The Swedish Government amended the temporary ban on entry to Sweden to give the exemption for residents of certain specified non-EU countries and is in line with the Council of the European Union’s latest recommendation to EU Member States.
The decision means that residents of Singapore now are exempt from the entry ban. The amendments entered into force on 2 November 2020.
Please note that existing visa requirements are still in effect.
