Norwegian government extends entry ban for non-residents until 12 May

The Norwegian government has extended the country’s entry restrictions until 12 May which means that only Norwegians and foreigners registered in Norway are allowed to enter the country.

Other Scandinavian countries such as Denmark have recently relaxed their entry restrictions but Norway’s entry restrictions remain strict for another three weeks.

Those who come back from an unnecessary trip abroad have to check into a quarantine hotel for a week at their own expense and in most cases, foreign family members, partners, and business travelers are not permitted to enter.
